Sharon Ramsay
MDiv, RMFT

Sharon Ramsay is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. She currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Counseling at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto, in addition to managing a small private practice. Her clinical experience includes providing therapy to couples, individuals and families for a wide variety of issues, in private practice, post-secondary and community mental health settings. She and her husband Jamie are the proud parents of two children.

“The therapist,” she says, “has the privilege of helping others achieve their goals. The skilled therapist is able to enter into the client’s world view and situation, assess the strengths they bring to the counseling relationship and then work with the client to make those goals a reality.”


 
   
 
  Rebecca Rosenblat
B.Sc. Hons, ADR/EFT/AEDP

Rebecca Rosenblat – a.k.a. “Dr. Date” – is one of Canada’s leading relationship and sexuality experts. Her monthly advice columns, books, seminars and talk show appearances have reached millions. After earning a psychology degree from the University of Toronto, she went on to work at Canada’s most prestigious psychiatric facility, the Clarke Institute. During this time, she nurtured her counseling skills, was published in a number of journals, and has become a popular international lecturer. Following her time with the Clarke, Rebecca shifted her focus to sex therapy and relationship counseling. She also pursued her love of writing, and was invited to create, produce and host a nightly sex talk show for Toronto’s Mojo Radio (AM 640). She currently hosts a health and relationship program for CHWO Radio (AM 740).

 
   
 
 

Irvin Wolkoff
MD, FRCP(C)

Dr. Irvin Wolkoff is a psychiatrist in full-time private practice in Toronto, as well as Consultant Psychiatrist to Bayview Community Services. He began his media career in 1986, contributing his insights on matters of the mind to newspapers, magazines and television programs, from the Toronto Star to Chatelaine to Canada AM. In 1990, Dr. Wolkoff became host of the syndicated Canadian television series House Calls for four seasons; he later hosted a version of this show produced for UPN in the U.S. In addition, his television work includes a stint on Life Network’s Just Ask (later Free for the Asking) and Caregiving with June Callwood on Prime TV. He currently hosts the weekly series Love 911 for Life Network, and makes frequent public speaking appearances.
